Investment Banking - Led Through A Major Regulatory Change.

The financial sector in Ghana underwent a major regulatory shake-up in 2016-2019. During that time, I was part of the Chief Operations Officer's team that worked to rebalance the asset portfolio, negotiate key account terms, and engage with relevant stakeholders. We successfully strategized to maintain a positive public image while working behind the scenes to stabilize the business.

While working in the insurance industry, I leveraged my understanding of risk and returns to grow a formidable corporate portfolio. The critical relationships with major insurance brokers contributed to a positive turn in the bottom line. Additionally, I had the opportunity to initiate a major strategic bancassurance partnership which was a gamechanger for the firm.
